Flower Care

Remove all packaging and recycle where possible.

Recut all stems at an angle, removing roughly 1 - 2cm. Place your flowers in a clean vase with fresh water and add the flower food provided.

To get the most from your flowers, recut the flowers and refresh the water in your vase every 2–3 days. You should also keep them in cool conditions, away from radiators and direct sunlight.

We advise that our fresh flowers will be at their best for 5 days if cared for following our care instructions. Some varieties can last longer than others.

Please always follow our care instructions.

If you have followed our care instructions and your flowers are wilting, please email us at hello@mud-urbanflowers.com, and we will do our best to fix this for you.

Where possible, please include your order number and photos.

Your flowers will be happiest in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Every 2–3 days is ideal. Give the vase a quick rinse and top it up with clean water each time - it’s a small step that keeps your flowers looking fresher for longer.

We hand-pick seasonal stems from local markets and work with trusted British growers. This means each bouquet is made with only the freshest flowers available that day and reflects what’s in season and at its best.
